Reason to Give Students need School Supplies!
School Supplies are always a high prioirty need for Reason to Give families, and with the new school year fast approaching we are counting on you, generous people out there, to help! We have 64 grade school, high school, and college students that are in need of everything from calculators and notebooks to bookbags and lunchboxes.
This year we have several ways you can get involved to ensure our young students have everything they need to suceed in school!
* Give Now! We need to raise $500 by September 1st to provide school supplies to our families!
* Join our "It Takes A Village" School Supply Drive! Visit Barista Coffee House between now and August 27th! Bring in new or gently used school supplies, and get an iced coffee for just $1!
* Join Groupon and watch for our upcoming G-Team campaign!
* Shop at Skinstinct, the green clothing store, during the month of August and Reason to Give will receive 10% of the profits!
* Pick up something extra for the kids in Humboldt Park while your doing your own Back to School shopping and bring it by the office! (email shannon@firebellyfoundation.org for drop-off times and location)
We have less than a month left. So please lend a hand and help anyway you can! Let's send these students off to school ready to learn!
